BUT that would require some effort, so........nah, just bi#@h about it instead.

Oh, in that case maybe I should b%t#h to the I.R.S. about not getting my $3.33 million dollar refund, (I'll just leave out the details about not qualifying for it and gripe instead)?
 

Maybe not ... the I.R.S. could be "rude", (insinuate tax fraud penalities), and inform me that I haven't qualified to receive such funds in a "demeaning" way.......

Oh you could probably ask around here, about how "rude" and "demeaning" (read: abusive and non-supportive) "THEY" can be when explaining why your refund request is not justified......

Surely you're not even remotely suggesting the faint possibility that anyone around *here* would misconstrue/mischaracterize/misunderstand/or otherwise misattribute things in a non-rational, nonlinear,
illogical or specious manner?

No, I'm pretty much saying that YES they would (will/do/did/have done) misattribute things,,,,,
in a most NON-rational, NON-linear, and ILLOGICAL manner, not sure that it even qualifies as being specious though.
(Also can be read: Twist any and everything they don't like the outcome of in the attempt to gain sympathy AND/OR attention).

Having reviewed the specifications which would qualify such comments/remarks/assertions which are the opposite of logical, rational or reasonable as being 'specious' it may be that you're being 'meta-sarcastic' here.
