We put a spin on Beef Au Ju last night.  Bought 3 containers of Papa Charlies from Aldi...  Atop a tomato basil flour tortilla, bib lettuce, beef, orange pepper, onion (sauteed mine - my oldest ate hers raw) topped with mozzerella cheese and had fresh sliced oranges on the side with a hand full of Great Value's multigrain chips.  They taste just like sun chips.  My son & husband devoured there's...they had a couple in fact but they are both anti vegetable.  My youngest hardly touched hers..guess she would rather eat her's on a traditional bun.  FIGURES!  Can't please everyone.

I had chicken cutlet with white rice & butter nut squash with a glass of milk

Steak, asparagus with butter sauce, low carb bread and a glass of red wine !

I made hamburger helper, cheesy noodles, only I added beef broth and frozen mixed vegetables to it. not to bad

We had cube steak and macaroni and cheese, with mixed vegetable.

Wife and I went out last night after we been shopping all day all afternoon for software Thanksgiving Day we got us of butterball turkey for $.99 at Walmart which will Walmart price with a dollar six dollar a more that we had a match price at target which was $.99 which saved us quite some money so we went to a Mexican restaurant where we had fajitas have what they were shrimp and be fajitas. they were pretty good beef and shrimp. We had some left over so we brought him home. We will probably have them and something else for supper maybe soup

I had salmon with broccoli slaw and a cupcake for dessert. lol I didn't know what I wanted and I didn't feel like cooking.

I got home from work after 7 and the best boyfriend ever had made spaghetti with mushrooms in the sauce and five cheese garlic bread.  MMMMMMM

Boiled potatoes, blackeyed peas, cornbread, vegan chick patties and gravy. Got too full, I'm not cooking for the next three days.
