I love watermelon. Allergic to strawberries, but grow them for hubby. They smell so good. When it is not so hot and at the end of the season i also make watermelon rind  perserves so good.

stawberries contains a lot of vitamin C, but summer time watermelon is the best to dissolve the thirst

As far as taste, I like strawberries better, but I like the juiciness of watermelons.

i guess strawberries. there's less work involved 
and you can use them in lots of different recipes,
whereas watermelon isn't so versatile. i do like it though.
