The recipe sounds good with the exception of the ketchup and mayo.  :-X

Love eggs and an egg sandwich every so often, but have never put mayo or ketchup on.

I love fried egg sandwiches just plain.  Sometimes I put boiled egg slices on toast and cover with horseradish.  Too much horseradish and WOW!

LOL, I agree. I guess it depends on what we are used to eat and our tastes. My son loves egg with ketchup, but mayo hmmmmm I bet he would think about that ....  :dontknow: and thinking about it, LOL don't we add egg and mayo to our potato salads? ... but not the ketchup, not both together ..... ohh well.

Sounds O K with just the cheese and butter and maybe a little chopped green onion and jalapeno pepper and a spoonful of salsa on top.

Love egg sandwiches, but with mayo?  I stay away from mayo personally, and if I'm having an egg sandwich, you have to go all out and toss on some meat.  Sausage or bacon is best, but ham can be good too.
