I was at the self checkout at the grocery store and when I bent down to get my change I found a penny on the floor. Made me wonder how much change gets lost under the self checkout machine.

I pick up money all the time but left a shiny penny the other day because my arms were full and I was surrounded by people. If my arms hadn't been full where I would have dropped something, I would have snagged that penny!

I sure would!! I know a person that used to collect pennies and one of his pennies were so rare that he sold it to a collector for $500. You never know what people would throw away and for some reason pennies are one of the things people do not hold on to. You never know, you could find a gold mine in one penny.
