Did you have a BULLY in your Neighborhood?

When I was growing up we have several bullies in our neighborhood but I learned to live and deal with it. I am worried now that bullying has become a national issue and why so many people are committing suicide because of bullies.

What happened to protecting yourself and not letting what people say get under your skin? Can we go back to being THICK SKINNED???

I lived in a few different neighborhoods growing up, and I often dealt with two or more bullies. There were bullies at school and at home. My own family picked on me too, so I never really could get away from it. Eventually the bullies kinda disappeared, and my family stopped picking on me as much too. Even as an adult now, I still get picked on just not as frequently. It's rather pathetic really, to see adults picking on others.

We lived next to a bully. He was rather large, fat and not too bright. All the kids in the neighborhood avoided him like the plague. His dad used to beat the c#*p out of him in the evenings, so maybe he did all those awful things to us to make himself feel better??

ever see the movie about a bad town bully in missouri - the whole town ends up shooting him so they cant tell who shot him

no but i have found alot of rude people on face book who are in thier late 20;s and older so how can we expect kids to be nice

     Yes, I have a lot of those ones around me. I just ignore or avoid them!
