I don't really think this is necessary.  I suppose if someone wants to pay for the service it would be ok, though.  How would it protect our checks, though?  It certainly wouldn't bring the check back from USPS limbo.  Would FC be more willing to reissue a check that way?  Would it protect FC from fraud?  Does FC reissue checks now if there is a complaint about not receiving a check in the mail?
Plus-if people are really nervous about receiving checks in the mail, have them switch to Paypal-it's a lot safer that way!!

It is a great idea, but the idea of having to pay a dollar for it is a bit too much. Being able to guarantee your check's progress is great and all, but I do not want to have to pay a dollar of my hard earned money for it. It should be either optional, or for much less money.

Realistically speaking - is there anyone here who would use it?

hmmm, realistically speaking, I think not. I wouldn't.

It takes like less than a week to get to your home.  Don't see the real purpose to be honest.  You get your checks in a timely manner and FC doesn't cheat people out of money so why would you really need it?

I would definitely use this, were it to be implemented. I'm the type of person who has to keep track of everything, or it drives me crazy.
What I DON'T understand is why everyone's complaining about the $1 fee when the American Dollar is hardly worth anything these days anyway. It's ONE DOLLAR, people. And if it means that you're able to track your hard-earned money, then DEAL with the dollar.
Sorry for all the caps, I just don't understand people sometimes. Of course, it may be just me.

I think it's a good thing for the USPS tracking on cashout checks because you never know where your check could end up these days; and a dollar is not that much to keep track of a check. I think it's a really great idea.

I don't think many people would do this especially when you consider how many offers they might have had to complete to get that $1. I could be wrong.

I think it should be optional.  I don't think I would use it but if I decided I wanted to I would like to be able to.

I think it should be optional, no one should be made to pay it, but I'm sure some people would want to.
