question about a survey

Has anyone ever done a survey for Chat Threads you qualify for the survey then send text mesages thru out the week then a final survey they say they will pay 2 to 4 weeks after the final survey ok I have yet to be paid SURPRISE!!! lol I am wondering if anyone has done one of these I have done several others for other companies  and have never had this problem so just curious anyone ever done  a thing for chat threads and been paid ??

Completed the survey part, provided my cell number, received a text claiming the my number wasn't valid. WHAT????? Not paid.
