I have been anticipating my first payout yesterday... But turns out, I never received it...?

I have direct deposit set up and all my information is correct.. It says it has been posted yesterday so where's my money?!?! Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what did you do to clear it up? Seems like there's no contact number for Fusion Cash...

Open up a support ticket. Explain to them on what is happening.

Was you payment definitely posted or is it still in pending status?  I'd wait another day and then open a support ticket to FC.

It says posting date: 2012-06-20 and the credit has been originated. How do I open up a support ticket??

Per FC Terms of Service and FAQ/Help Links Below...

If you wish to receive payment via Direct Deposit, you must furnish your account and routing numbers, as well as consent to deposit.
Once you receive the "Cashout Approved" email, allow up to 7 business days for a credit from "FUSIONCASH/DISBURSEMENTS" to post to your account.
Direct Deposit payments are only available for United States members; Canadian reisdents must use PayPal.

I would give it a day but when mine said same thing it was posted to my account...really depends on your bank. I used Direct Deposit also

Did you ever get your payment? I don't remember it taking long when I first started but then again that was almost 2 years ago. Now I just know to expect it on or around the 20th, hope you received yours!

Depends on your bank. Some banks show "Pending" transactions, while others wait until everything clears.

Receiving your first check is nice. I think if you have PayPal you'll get your checks quick.

Whenever you have a problem send a letter to support. they may take a few days to answer but do get to you.

Yeah, I just opened a support ticket a few weeks ago, and they got back to me within 48 hours. On top of that, my issue was already taken care of! They're very easy to work with

yea ask the support they might know. does this happens to you all the time or is this your first time?
