My daughter is living proof, she one day shoped at Shaws and the tally was over 100 dollars, with her coupon savy she got the total down to 20 bucks, so it CAN be done

It's possible to save a lot, but the managers of the stores that they shopped at have come out and said that they double coupons for the people on the show that they don't usually double for other customers. So yes, it is fake.

It depends where you shop I suppose, I'm just saying that it can be done because i've seen it up close and personal...I never saw the show before so

I don't care. Some savings is better than no savings, so to me, using coupons is worth it. I go through the circulars each week to find out what's on sale. There are two grocery stores in my area that double coupons up to $0.99 everyday. Coupons are like money, so I wouldn't dare throw them away.

I  Couponing,  I am on top of things every week.  Most of the stores in my area
will make all coupons worth 1.00  even if they are just 10 cents off.  So I take advantage of that.
I do watch whats on sale,  and I go into stores and only buy those items I have a coupon for and if its on sale.
I save alot of money this way.  And if I dont have a coupon and I need something,  I buy Generic.

I like to use coupons. I think they are a real big help when shopping, especially for food.

I always use coupons for everything.  If you think it is a hassle don't, but I never pay full price for anything. From dinners out to  amusement parks to clothes and groceries.  My average savings is 75 -  80% on groceries, and I don't have to buy no name or generic brands (although some generic/no name are the same things just labeled differently).  Luckily several of the stores in my area double coupons all the time and every once in a while will triple for a day or afternoon. (But they also limit to 3 or 4 coupons for the same items)  I only get what is really on sale and with coupons.  Get loyalty cards from the stores and you can save even more.

i use coupons but i don't get a chance to do much couponing since my car broke down. I now find ways to get free stuff online. there are several product testing sites that you can join where you get free full size products to try. All you have to do is give your opinions about the products and spread the word about it. I have received lots of useful products that way without having to leave my home.

Yeah - I've noticed that with coupons too.  I'll use those for items I use regularly ... ie: Spaghetti sauce, noodles or ice-cream for a rare treat in our household.  I like to pair them up with circular ad's to get the most of of it.  ie: 2 for $5.00.  With the cost of paying for a Sunday paper it hardly is worth it.  But if I can get the paper from someone else and go through the coupons than yeah sometimes it can be very well worth it.

I use them all the time but the thing with coupons is getting it on sell and if u have one from the news paper and then go on line u can use both and get double saving the other day at the store I bought tide nomaly 5.99 it was on sell for 4.99 and I had coupon's that made them 1.97 each I am getting alot better at it. U just need to find the saving with the coupons a by one get .25 and then buy 2 get .50 off u can use both of them then print them off the internet and u can use them and then if your store doubles or triples or add up to a dollar u get even more savings

not too much because i dont have time i try to save money by goign to cheaper stores and buying clearence clothes and stuff like that

I always try to use coupons. Not like the people on extreme couponing, but I try and save what I can. Every penny helps.

I went to a coupon class last year and did not know you could safe that much by using coupons.  I have got a few things FREE.  Free is always good.  It is good when you have to have something and you have a coupon for it.  I have been watching extreme couponing and would love to safe as much as they do.

I really would love to be able to have the patience to be an "extreme couponer". It looks like alot of hard work !

I love using coupons it really does help save some cash.  I only cut out the coupons I need or think I can use.

I went through a phase this year where I used any coupon I could find, but now I just don't really care. It's a lot of work!
