Wow my stock is falling maybe I should sell today!

I do not like to log in to my Sharebuilder account and see RED but I guess that is the nature of the stock game so I will just chill out until there is a BIG turn around. Now I know why they say investing in stock is very very risky and your stock could lose value. I did not think about this before I started investing.

Just make sure to invest in companies that will keep going in the long run. Trying to predict the market or buy and sell for quick gains can be very risky. I like looking at the 52 week lows for companies to buy. If I believe in the company, look at the data and it still has value and is a recommended buy I try to invest when it is at its low. The companies with real value will bump back up. It is hard to take emotions out of it but sometimes you just have to wait it out or decide when you need the money. If you need it in the next few months to a year then you should probably pull it out or put it in a more stable company, index fund or bond.
