i am not getting credit for offers

Am not getting credit for offers and. I cannot do surveys becauae i only have a phone no desktop computer

That may be the source of the difficulty, (using a cell phone to access FC and, some offers not being compatible with cell phone OS platforms).  You could try submitting a support ticket to FC to try determining if that is the case.

I agree I would put in a support ticket on the matter and also let them know the offers that did not credit.

I believe that you need to be on computer to get credit for offers. I am surprised that you can even access offers with a smart phone.

Conversely, FC support has responded to ten different support tickets I've submitted over a two-year timeframe.  More recently, a message that they were experiencing a high volume of support ticket inquiries appeared over the weekend, (it's no longer there now).  The most recent support ticket, (06-09-12), occurred during that high volume period and related to revoked credit for completed surveys.  I'm confident that, having responded to previous support tickets, FC will provide resolution information in response to this one too.

i hear ya i get that alot to i spend money thinking ill get it back into my account but never happens the latest one was the hydroatone one made me mad because i live on a fixed income so i do it to make money not to lose it

If one is spending money on paid offers mainly to obtain the credit for offers, (and then, hypothetically, cancelling the trial offer), credit is likely to either be revoked or, not forthcoming.

I know that i did not get credit for a couple offers and it was bc of my browser... I am not sure about the phone tho i will try and find more info out tho...

they have always responded to mine, though i dont put htrough a lot.  try and get a desk top or a laptop and i think yuou'll be happy with fc :wave:
