There are a number of ways to fold clothes.
I have learned a few different ways.

I like folding shirts by uniting the sleeves then folding the sleeves with the far edge, then folding the shirt horizontal. It creates more space in the closet doing it this way

Funny topic.  We are in the middle of a move.   Yesterday my big kids and I were at the laundromat.  I've shown my son thousands of times how to fold towels so they fit on the shelf in the bathroom.  For years he's continued to fold his way which in the end wasn't a big deal because the towels fit his way too.  Now the new place we're moving into the shelves are narrow and so his way the towels just aren't going to fit.  Soooooo - everything he did I had to redo.  Grrrrrrrr.

I think everybody have their own system of knowing how they want their clothes folded.  I have a sister whose towels has to be folded a different way and if they aren't just so, she has a bad day.  LOL.

Folding clothes is so annoying, so I just fold them any ole kind of way and shove them in the drawer. LOL...

Another necessary chore, and I do it after I wash and dry and I no longer have to iron, I singed a shirt (not on purpose) and my hubby has me take them to the cleaner (Praise God)... :angel11:
