What is your favorite kind of cookie? (share a recipe too)

My favs are chocolate chip oatmeal and double fudge cookies

So many to choose from, but one recipe I've made is a sugar cookie and I add cream cheese, so it is like a cheescake cookie. Then I put whatever add-ins I want, like craisins.

Baked chocolate chip cookies are the best! I usually just buy the tube of cookie dough and follow the instructions.

All this cookie talk is making me crave cookies....but I suppose I need to start baking.....hope some one posts some easy recipes.....I bought a package of PF white chocolate chip / macadamia nut cookies ( Tahoe) and OMG,...they are expensive...like almost $4 and the package had only 8 cookies...yikes...baking then has got to be cheaper...

The easiest cookie recipe I know of... (other than the no bake cookies)

Cake Mix Cookies.

You can use any Cake mix flavor you like... (if you live near a Safeway/Vons Pillsbury is on sale this week till Tuesday)

Then use applesauce instead of the eggs and oil.  (this reduces the fat etc)
Add the applesauce till you have the right consistency.
((sorry I do not remember exactly since sometimes I double it when I am making Mom in law cookies))

Add what ever you like to the dough....

They come out perfect.  **You can put sprinkles on them before you bake (to reduce the urge to put frosting on them)

Or... you can frost them after they cool.

Recipes are endless with the cake mix cookies.

  So easy..

My favorite has to be White Chocolate Macadamia Nut....but Peanut Butter and Chocolate chip run a close second..  (Ohhhh...and the chocolate peanut butter covered grahams from Dollar General are the bomb!!  lol  )

I don't get time to bake unless I make time around the holidays....but if you have a good recipe (easy is a plus) for your favorite cookie maybe you'd like to share?? [/color]
 
My favorite cookie....there are so many.....chocolate chip macadamia nut, yum- and top of the stove cookies are good and so easy to make.

EZ preparation recipe:

Ingredients: Car and cash.
Instructions: Get into car... drive to nearest grocery store... buy a package of Chewy Chips Ahoy (Caramel flavor preferred)... drive home... eat!
