You will be allowed in the day of the contest. There will be two threads - one for general chatter beforehand and then the actual contest itself. I am going to TRY and start doing these every quarter.

Every quarter sounds good, if doable.  What if someone slips in a 'ringer', (super-fast typist stand-in ... not me, I don't know anyone who'd cheat for me, dangit).

I thought so.  I tried to fill out the Kellog's offer and it said that email address was already in use.  Figures.  Any alternative for those of us whose computers crash on installs and who already are Kellog's members?

While I'm not recommending this as a suggestion, another FC member mentioned uninstalling and then retaking an offer, (also, I'm not sure if this is even permitted by FC's Terms of Service - Admin or Kohler would know).

That quote was modified because the one most people are familiar with didn't capture the subtle undertones intended, (plus, we used to break wild horses by walking them into water up to the base of their necks and it was necessary to sit on them and be ready to pull their heads up when they struggled against the inertia of the water).  At any rate, it is possible to force a horse to drink water however, if the horse's head is held under ... well, the whole thing's an alternate metaphor which is better interpreted by an individual than spelled-out by another.

I saw another thread about "Opted In" showing up below their name at the top of the forums pages....that this means you are "IN" for the upcoming post mania....and this thread saying that if you completed the ooVoo that your automatically in.....I did complete the ooVoo, got credit for it...but do NOT have the "opted in" showing under my name or anywhere else???  I am confused.

BTW...for those of you concerned about the download / installation being safe....My Norton program indicated it to be an approved / secure site and virus free...green light go on both.

As you are looking at your screen to read this, allow your gaze to drift to the left side of that screen.  Your posting 'nym, (name), shows as "mom2taz" and directly beneath that it reads, "Opted-In", (if your screen isn't wide enough or, the window you're looking at is sized too small, it won't be seen by you, however).

Rest assured, FC added the "Opted-In" notation for those who are eligible to participate in the Post Mania contest, (as Kohler could confirm).

You might look at your Offers Credited on the Account page and make sure you received credit for ooVoo, (or the Kellogs offer; both of which are being used by FC as prerequisites for participating in the upcoming Post Mania contest).

The Post Mania contest sounds like a good contest to take part in so I hope I can.  I'm definitely curious as to how this will work and the cash is the best part too of course.  I've never taken part in this contest so I'm interested in what will happen and how it will turn out.

I really can't know, at this point in time, if I will even be home or working (or sleeping my very odd hours) when this happens. I have never been able to make one, but it's worth a try again in order to experience the 'mania mayhem'.

Maybe I just need some of that zenlike patience from falcon9.....or a wave of your magic wand over my account, falcon.
