It depends on what kind of mood I'm in, but for the most part I either read, watch a movie, or sleep.  Raintime cuddling is good too.

If it's a warm rain, I like to go outside and watch it rain, or take a walk in it. Cold rain, not so much fun. Still like to watch it, from an open window, or sit near the window and read or draw. For me, there is no better inspiration than the rain.

I usually find shelter, lol. That's if I'm outside, while I'm home I motivated to take a nice nap or watch a movie.
