Hi there and Welcome

Its pretty easy here

When you sign in it takes you to the offer pages. Up above you can sort of what offers or surveys you can do as far as 100% free to trail offers and surveys. I always do 100% free and i do some trial surveys also. Just depends on what you want to do.

go to the "offers" page and click on the free ones and follow the directions, or you can do the credit card required ones if you want. each offer will credit you, or at least SHOULD credit you if you complete it. i plan on doing the free ones for now and im going to cashout tomorrow, and once i get my first check im going to invest in some of the non free ones that credit more money. but thats just my plan 8)
