i think it is wrong against the bible

Wonderful ... my position is that unreasoned religious beliefs are merely unsubstantiated opinion and as such, without merit.

"The fundamentalists, by 'knowing' the answers before they start, and then forcing nature into the straitjacket of
their discredited preconceptions, lie outside the domain of science --or any honest intellectual inquiry."
-- Stephen J. Gould

"You can safely say that you have made g-d in your own image when it turns out that God hates all the same people you do."
-- Reverend Robert Cromey
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

The Bible tells us that homosexuality is a sin, just like drunkeness and murder.  It is what it is.  God is God and we will all stand before Him one day whether we want to believe in Him or not.  It is something I would not want to gamble with and lose.  God has His very good reasons for His rules, and it is always for our good.  Trust Him.  Know Him.  Love Him.

The Bible tells us ...

"Scriptures, n. The sacred books of 'our holy religion', as distinguished from the false and profane writings on which
all other faiths are based."
-- Ambrose Bierce

It is what it is.

"Faith: Belief without evidence in what is told by one who speaks without knowledge, of things without parallel."
-- Ambrose Bierce

God is God and we will all stand before Him one day whether we want to believe in Him or not.

That's an illogical and sanctimonious assertion; that if someone doesn't believe in the same hypothetical supernatural entity that others do, the result will be the same.  Now that's fundamentalism - definitely with the "fun".

I find it amusing that this is an issue that is constantly being brought up.But honestly, the Gay population in the U.S. being (generously) estimated at less than 5%,is there no more pressing matters of which our attention should focus than that of whether two dudes can get a piece of paper that says they're married? ::)

Or, two women?  Btw, your "generously estimated less than 5%" works out to around 1.5 million marginalized citizens.  What if they marginalized comic book collectors who were fundie religious adherents - would that be alright?

"Humanity has the stars in its future, and that future is too important to be lost under the burden of juvenile folly (of religion) and ignorant superstition."
-- Isaac Asimov
