Topic: Daily Paid To Click Not Available Until I Update My Account Information??  (Read 2957 times)

What?

I logged in today as usual, but when I went to do the Daily PTC, I was taken to this message:

   
Incomplete Data

You have to complete your user profile
before you can earn more than 10 days worth of Paid to Click.


so.......I went to my account info and added my birthday and race and sex.

However, then I was directed to this message:

Account Information
   
Sorry, but you cannot update your account information because you have a pending cashout scheduled to be disbursed this month.


Why can't I update my account information so that I can do the daily PTC??

It looks like I won't be able to do anything there until my pending cashout is sent and cashed......ie, til after May 20. 

Please advise.

Did you try logging out and logging back in? Maybe it was just some kind of fluke thing. I didn't get that message when I did paid to click today.  :dontknow:

Yep, I have logged out and logged back in.  Still getting same message that I have to update my account profile.



Never seen that message. New to me. I do know that account info must be complete including cashout payment options.

I have never seen this message before either.  I have been doing daily PTC for several years.  I have cashed out ELEVEN times already.  My 12th Cashout is pending and should be here around May 20.


It makes me a bit sad that I cannot do the daily PTC over 2 weeks since it won't let me update any account information since I have a cashout pending.
SIGH!

All it wants is my birthday, race, and sex.  Everything else is filled in. 

Sigh!

I'd send in a ticket to Support.  You've been around long enough and been using the system over all that time. It's strange that it's just "noticed" that some info is missing.

Support may be able to make the changes for you.

First I've heard of this type requirement or seen this message.

I agree. Send in a ticket...no sense in missing out on money because of a glitch.

I have sent in a Support Ticket.  No answer from them yet.
When I checked to see if they had replied, there is a Generic Message in the Support Ticket area saying that answers may be delayed due to high volume of Support Tickets.

The only information that I can even fill in in my Account is my birthdate, race, and sex.  I don't see why that "missing" information would be important enough to make it impossible for me
to do the daily PTC.

Plus, I could have sworn I filled that information in when I signed up for FusionCash years ago.  I am not afraid to let anyone know that information.

Yeah, just sounds weird. Maybe start a new thread directing it to admin. I know I've seen people ask questions on here to admin and then admin answers and fixes the problem. Worth a try.  :dontknow:

That is weird.  I've done the paid to click twice consecutively and wasn't credited either.  It's happened before though so I figured it would fix itself.  Didn't seem to matter if I had a payout pending?  Keep us up to date on what develops.

I would contact admin just to be on the safe side it could be a fluk but be careful.  Do you have a cashout pending if so just try clearing catch, temp files, and logout and back in.   :dontknow:

Just an FYI Update on this problem that I was having regarding my not being able to do the Daily PTC due to some missing info in my profile....birthday, race, and sex.....

My pending cashout has been approved and my account says the check has been mailed.

I was able to update the missing information in my profile and am now able to do the Daily PTC.

It feels good to be back to the Daily PTC.

Glad to hear that things are now normal!
Sad, tho, that you had to miss several days of the daily click.
