There are many musicians I have admired over the years but I would have to say my favorite is Chopin'. He was not only a fine musician he had a very interesting life as well.

Great choice!...I don't have only one favorite artist. I like Michael Jackson, Prince, Q-Tip, John Legend, Usher, Santigold, N.E.R.D, a little Beyonce, Rihanna, Brandy and some other artists all mix in there too........Okay, I'll just say I like everything except for country.

Wow.  No way I could narrow it down to 30, let alone one.  I like Jethro Tull in the rock genre, admire Chopin, Beethoven, Bach, Mahler in the composer bracket.  Billie Holliday was great, cannot be imitated.  Blues?  Buddy Guy.  Eric Clapton.  Muddy Waters.  Howlin' Wolf.  Bessie Smith.  The just-lately late Levon Helm.

I'll even throw in a few for country.  Dolly Parton (from near my neck of the woods), Loretta Lynn.  And--I still miss Waylon.

Mine would have to be John Bon Jovi. I had the chance to see he perform in st. paul minn. awesomeness!

I have a new favorite artist that I found through the new weekly show Smash.  Katherine McPhee is just amazing as is her singing voice.  They do a lot of old songs on the show, plus some music written specifically for Smash. She is equally as good singing both. It has been a long time since I have been so impressed with someone new.  Great show too, if you're someone who likes a lot of music in your entertainment!

I kinda like Taylor Swift.  She has some great music videos and I love her music.  Most of all, I like the fact that she lives life in a way that she's inspiring for young people.

My Favrorite Music Artist hands down would have to be Mary J. Blige! I love her music.. It seems like everything that she has been through I have been through!!! She makes song about her situations and it inspires others and helps others through there problems as well!! She is a wonderful artist, she is like really my idol... I love her, her style and her music... She is absolutely the best! Keep up the inspirations Mary, you are forever my girl!!!!

My favorite would have to be Pitbull. He was done so many collaborations with so many artists. He has rapped in both English and Spanish, has worked with the best, and is know worldwide.
