Welcome, Cookie.  I joined FC in March and was able to cash out in March and April.

My suggestions are:

1.  Watch the tutorials, you will learn a lot
2.  Read the forums and contribute.... there is a $3.00 bonus for posting at least "contributory" items.

4.  Don't think of FC as replacement income for a full time job; but more as a way to earn a bit of extra cash for not a lot of effort on your part.
5.  Do the daily emails, paid to click and use the FC toolbar; if you just do those, you can earn $0.22/day.... if you add a couple of offers and some surveys, it is easy to earn $1+ per day.

welcome to the site, you've already gotten the best hints on a post above but will add, dont give up.  some days it seems like you cant earn anything, but the next day you might just sign in and get 3-4 dollars worth of surveys.  good luck!!!!
