download the tool bar

I'm a newbie, the page does not allow me to download the toolbar, help!

you need to make sure you enable all your cookies and ur internet is set up to accept downloads if your using internet explorer 9 then it'll pop up on the bottom of your page asking if it's ok

I added the toolbar but it turns out I almost never do a search that qualifies, I dont really understand what would qualify and why so many of my searches dont. Its not like I just put anything in there to try and get credit. Any help would be great
