I have been exercising for the past 2 months and so far I have lost almost 9 lbs!!

 That sound so nice to hear someone lossing weight. GOOD FOR YOU  :thumbsup: As for me I want to lose weight and I have too, but can't seem to get into the mood to go to the gym. I have back problems and Diabitis and I'm alway so tired. My doctor tells me not to do much, but only go into the pool and walk, cant' even do that and I'm paying for a gym. Sound bad ha!

      Keep going! Walking is the best exercise to lose weight.

 :o Wow, I'm lucky if I just lost .00001 lb. Do you do just exercise or you doing other things to cut down on weight. Let us know, I'm despererate to lose weight so tired of spending money for weight loss scams! :BangHead:

I have gone on lots of diets where I count the calories but now I just watch the portions and drink a lot of water.

Great job!
I've been struggling to lose my baby weight. It's been more than 2 years since I had my daughter so I guess it's harder to lose this fat now. I should have tried harder in the first 1 year. But I'm not giving up now. 5 more pounds to go!

That is awesome ! My husband just started trying to lose weight and has lost 4 pounds already. He is going to the gym and walking a few miles a day. I have added more brown rice and vegetables to meals to encourage him.
