Did you confirm all of your info. When you first sign up,Fc sent you a confirmation email you had to click on that to get it. Did you do that if you did  then contact support about it.

I didn't even realize there WAS a $5 bonus until I tried to cash out & I was told I couldn't cash out until I'd completed everything/got my $5!!
