The Vaseline Bandit...pic included

While cleaning the house today I sat a jar of vaseline down on the window sill with plans to come back and get it...I have two children, a one year old and a five year old...

I did not know that my one year old was tall enough to reach his very high up window sill and thought the vaseline would be safe for a few minutes...

I went to finish the dishes and my one year old comes out....


....to show me he found a new use for vaseline...

This is what he calls making himself pretty...this is the second time he's done something like this...you'd think I'd learn!!

yeah kids can be sneaky at times my daughter got into my nail glue it got all over her arms and silly me tried to rub it off i felt so bad that it got rashy looking its been a while now and her arm is just like new

hehe i wonder why he does that . i mean seriouly vaseline..... seems like it would be a bit sticky, but hey kids always do stupid stuff i used to run around my house 100% naked . i feel so stupid now

Hehehehe.... makes me think of all the times my 5 year old got into stuff like that!! I thought those days were over, but now we got a new born to look forward to putting us through it all over again.

I believe he mostly did it because he is always trying to make himself "pretty" lol...he doesn't really understand boys don't have to be pretty...but he sees mommy and sis putting stuff in their hair and he wants to join in on the fun!!

It's quite hysterical most of the time...in fact since he wouldn't stop trying to use my leave in conditioner I made him his own "leave in conditioner" it's only water..that way he doesn't waste mine and it doesn't get in his eyes...he loves it!!

He also likes to brush his hair and he sometimes gets into my make-up...but he doesn't know any better...one time he actually had me put make-up on him....so I gave him a little bronzer...I figure it was the safest route to go.,..

Haha nice. I'm sure we've all done silly things as kids. I put permanent marker on my face once, so I could have a mustache and a beard. Boy, my mom was laughing.
