I bet everyone feels overwhelmed a little.  We all have stressors in our life that cause us to feel anxiety and stressed, so between school or work or family or whatever it may be we should all just recognize theyre just stressors and we can work past them and overcome.

Yes indeed. Two jobs, two kids, and only two hands. I'm exhausted. Come home from work and kids have done nothing that they are suppose to do but instead they are watching tv, listening to radio, outside at the park. When will it ever change? They are 15 and 17. Grow up!!!

I totally feel overwhelmed to the point of lately feeling panickey.  sp?  I used to have panic attacks and I am afraid they are coming back.  I swear sometimes I feel like I can't take another thing.  Between my son, my parents and trying to take care of everyone I am about to lose it.  I also have a house and yard to take care of, trying to finish a degree, worrying about how long I can afford to take care of my mom instead of working.  Worrying about how long my dad will be able to take care of my mom.  Worrying that my kid never gets to go on vacation because we can't leave my parents.  Life basically sucks right now and there is no end in sight.  Yeah!  I am overwhelmed.  Problem is, that there are lots of people worse off than me, so I just keep trying to maintain and help others when I can.

Is summer camp a possibility for your child? It may relieve your mind a little about your childs vacation but I bet just being out of school and doing things with the family even little things means alot to him.  It sounds like you could use the vacation more hun. I feel for you and hope you find some relief soon.

Can't even afford summer camp for him, unfortunately.  Both of us have been sick for the last few days with the flu so that makes it seem even worse.  To make matter worse my dad just told me that he has to cut back on the amount he is paying me for my help which is my only income.  Just not sure what to do anymore.  One day at a time.
