Since I am 71 years old I would take the nice  house.  I am not able to work on alot of land as I live by myself.  I still have a full time job at Wal mart and after I come home I just take it easy and then go to bed.  May God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I would like the perfect house and enough land for a swimming pool and play area!  And enough for a garden.
