New to fushion cash and quesiton

Hi everyone.
I have signed up for about $15 worth of stuff. I am going to start doing the emails to friends to get to my min $25. The question here is do I need to sign up for another $15 worth of stuff everytime i want to cash out or will getting referrals be enough once i do $15 of my own?

The $15 requirement is for each and every cashout.

if money is sitting in account how long will that stay? In other words I want it to see there for a while to cashout, but will it expire?
