My phone rings all day long now

I got a secondary number from online that goes right to voicemail.  I use that for the surveys, check it weekly and delete those I don't want.  It keeps my home phone free and I don't mind listening to the messages when I'm doing other stuff.

use brrring and profile the numbers that call you. then you have the chance you'll get paid.

you will get calls from telmarketers after sigining up for these surveys but no worries. just say your busy and not avalible or you cant talk right now. that always works.

I stopped answering alot of "repeat" calls.  Caller ID is one of the best ideas I've ever heard of.  I usually answer first time number shows up to see if I'm interested, but if I recognize as a repeater that I'm not interested in I ignore the call.  It seems the automated calls they say press a number to be removed from list never works! LOL I Can't imagine why can you LOL?

this has happened to me recently, i start some of these paid websites and i get phone call from random people, the most recent is a travel agency in florida, they ask for me, i ask whose calling they tell me and i say that its me, this guy went on about how i inquired about vacation in orlando and i told him nope, he asked if i wanted to come there and i said nope and he just hung up without another word

The most inconvenient part of that is the fact that I get continuous calls while I am in school and at work, and it is so annoying.

same here alot of call centers calling me all day usually I just look at the caller id and ignore..

  well sorry to hear about this problem for some of you who might have unknowingly entered your home phone number to a harassers list. here a few things that can and will make slight changes to this delima ok when the next phone call comes in and you don't have call I'd or its not showing a number on it so you can't tell who its from pick up listen and if you hear the start of conversation say in loud voice take me off your list ...repeat this time saying please  do not call loudly over and while person is talking to get their attention then if they are still on the line pass the phone to a barking dog or a crying child after a minute or so this person should've hung up if not repeat until they do if they are unable to process any info with someone from that number and still calling continue this but make cure you know exactly who this person is to then tell them your about to call a lawyer for  harassment charges to be brought to that person directly..some time just saying this stops them in their tracks there are some that get paid for the time a line makes a connection don't be a victim anymore fight back.

I have the same problem.  There is supposed to be a website you can put you phone numbers in to not have them call you.  I think it is a DO NOT CALL list.  I did it once before a long time ago.  Now they are constantly calling me again.  I need to find the website ASAP.  If I find the site, I will let you know so I can give it to you through email.

We all seem to have the same problem, I do too!!
I had to threaten a few of them because the just won't stop calling and calling all the time.
