Friday, the 13th

I am an adamant, fervent optimist and I believe it is just a day in the calender. However, yesterday was a very bad day for me but I learned from it because that's what  I do. You can either get bitter or get better. I choose better

I didn't notice until I read this thread.  With all the disruption of Mars being retrograde and last week's full moon I was actually feeling up because Mars turns right way around today.  Big sigh.  So much trouble has come my way since the retrograde started.  I didn't even know it was going on until a couple weeks ago so I couldn't have manifested it.  I'm just glad it's over and things can get back to "normal".

Well let's see, What happened Friday. My son ran away and got arrested. My wife left me and married the milkman. I was fired from my job. The neighbor's house flooded and it seeped over into everyone's yard. The dog died. The cat lived. The sun came up.













(I know it's not April's fool day, but if you believe something as crazy as bad luck on Friday the 13th, you might believe this...)

Every year I dress in all black on Friday the 13th then I sit around a watch my favorite scary movies. Love that day!

Friday the 13th?  I am a healthcare worker and am on graveyard shift in the adult ICU.  That is not a good day for us......neither are full moons.  Yeah superstitious comes into play for us in the adult units.....don't say the bad words!! QUIET,SLOW,UNEVENTFUL!!!!

It is likely that the only reason you notice how bad the day goes is because you are paying attention to what day it is. If you experienced a worse day when there wasn't a superstition attached to it then you probably wouldn't take as much notice of it.
