what is your favorite beverage during the day

I try to drink water, but I probably don't do enough. I love sweet tea, and drink it pretty much all day long.

During the Morning it is Coffee. In the afternoon it is Ice Tea or Water. I normally drink about 32-48 OZ of bottled water a day (2-3) bottles. I like a nice cold glass of Ice tea on a hot day!!!

Diet coke and I probably drink more than I really should, six to nine 12 oz. cans a day.  Oh well, what can I say, there are worse things that I could be putting in my body, and at least it is not mood altering.

I was recently told that everyone needs 64 ounces of water per day and if you are overweight you need an extra 8 ounces for every 25 extra pounds.  I working on it.  It's 4 PM and so far I've had 70 ounces today.

My favorite beverage during the day would be from morning to noon I will just drink water, and juice. Basically I will sometimes just drink water all day and nothing else, depends on what I have a taste for during that day. And I also love tea too, so I will drink a glass of that as well. Oh, and most definitely I will have some kool-aid every now and then.
