Surveys not paying-out...

I just completed the MyThoughtsCount survey and haven't received my reward yet. I realize it could take up to 24 hours to show-up in my account, but why do the other surveys show-up in my account almost instantly, but some of the others don't? I like the surveys more then anything on this website and it's the one thing that doesn't work properly. What gives FC?  

Please look into the survey anomaly to ensure a timely pay-out for completed surveys.

Please look into the survey anomaly to ensure a timely pay-out for completed surveys.

You could submit a support ticket however, be sure of a few requirements for getting survey credit first:
- prior to starting surveys, clear cookies
- don't rush through a survey, (the survey company has a good idea of the average time it takes to complete a survey.
- once completed, assure that you leave the "congratulations" page open for 5-10 minutes to allow data transmit/recording/confirmation

If all these are done and no credit was received by tomorrow, (not sure if a 'holiday' affects processing), try a support ticket.  Sometimes though, some surveys don't credit for various reasons, (which may never become known).

Surveys seem to be a hit and miss. This problem is not just limited to Fusion Cash but happens on all sites. Some FC members do real well with surveys and others just so-so. Still others, like myself, have no success with surveys. I am glad that you are having some success.   

Regarding your MyThoughtsCount survey, I would wait until Tuesday. If you don't get any reward by Tuesday, I suggest opening up a support ticket. But maybe, you will get credit today.

I seem to have a good amount of luck with the surveys -- they are my favorite.  I haven't ever had a problem receiving credit for any of them.  I follow the directions to clear my cookies before completing them.  I don't understand how this affects the crediting process, but it's something I do and I haven't ever had a problem.  I haven't ever had to leave my "congratulations" screen up for a few minutes.  Now I'm wondering if I should be doing that to make sure I don't miss any credit in the future.    Sorry for your troubles!  Hopefully the advice on this thread will help you next time.
