I am having a blueberry bagel, with low fat cream cheese.  If not a bagel, I usually have a slice of toast with low sugar strawberry jam.

By the time I have time to have breakfast it's usually time for lunch.  Once in awhile I have eggs or cereal and always try to get some juice in.

I usually have coffee for breakfast. If I do eat breakfast foods it is usually at lunch time, and my favorite is egg white omelet with bacon salsa and provolone cheese.

I'll have toast after I finish here.  I ran out of Guava jelly which is my all-time favorite so it will be plain toast today.

Well, my 3 year old's Lucky Charms look quite good, but I will have to opt for a hard boiled egg soon.  Not quite as colorful or tasty, but it does the trick.

I ate Golden Grahams, and after that, had a small bowl of Raisin Bran.

Not much of a breakfast person...on the weekends we have a big breakfast. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast! With our coffee of course!

Well my typical breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal... but today I think I might have some hard boiled eggs since I have many in my fridge right now! :bunny:
