You don't say why it didn't work?
Not sure, but just went to the link and it came up with the sign in. She isn't a member so she couldn't get in. Not sure what we did wrong.

Did you try to go there on YOUR computer? She needs to do it at her home on her computer, not yours.

I was on hers when we tried. I did send her another but haven't found out if it worked or not. Thank you for the help!
