Early riser? or late at night?

I am an early riser...do may work early!

I get up about 5:30am most days.

I get ready for the day and have my online work done before heading to work at 6:45am.

On the weekends, I sleep in a little bit if I don't have to work at 7am.

Having 3 boys all under age 6 I have no choice but to be an early riser.

I'm an early riser usually up by 4 am if I sleep till 5 am I feel I am sleeping the day away just to much to do

I am an all nighter since age 6.  I am terrified of the dark and cannot sleep at night.  I worked for 30 years on midnight shift.

I like staying up late sometimes I don't even go to bed until six am and than I ill get up by 11:00am  It just depends on the day.

both lol, i'm usually up til 12-1 am, then i babysit so have to be up by 4:30 at the latest most days.

If I go to bed late then I sleep late and I hate that because most of the day is gone.  I try to go to bed early so that I can rise early to see the beginning of a beautiful day.

Both...I cant seem to ever fall asleep early not for lack of trying...just takes a while to destress and relax...but when that sun rises in the morning if i am not already awake i am being woke up by it...i seem to have a built in alarm clock...so many years nursing and havig to get up at 430am for work i suppose is to blame. I try to at least sleep or stay in bed til 7am on weekends tho!

I am a night owl but with a 2 year old I have to be a early riser.
But actually, I slept in till 9:30 today since my little monster had a sleepover at her grandparents house. It felt soooooo good

Most all of my family when I was growing up were all night owls....I had openings at work so meant getting up at 3:30 a.m....hated it....Definitely a night owl!!

I used to be a late-nighter before I spent about 9 years on an early shift.  Now I'm usually up early even though I've been retired about 4 years.

Both sometimes...lol....but more an early riser, except for weekends sometimes
