Where is February in drop-down box?

I have been in the habit of requesting the forum bonus for the previous month on the last day or two of the month.  For instance, my January,2012, forum activity bonus was approved on 2-29.  The rules state:  "You must submit the forum bonus request form to receive credit.  You can request your bonus for the current month and for the prior month only."

When I went in today to request my bonus for February, the only month listed in the drop-down box was March.  Have I missed a changed in the rules?  Does anyone know why February is not listed?  I have not requested February previously and hate to miss out on the $3.  I won't wait until the last minute any more!

I noticed it lists March 2012 twice in the box. I'm not sure why this is. Maybe you can open up a support ticket and I'm sure the Fusion Cash staff will help you out.

I do not know that there has been any rules change, but it's possible that the system is coded to use a 30 day limit for the prior month.  Since today is 3/31, you may have lost out on February.

Do send in a support ticket and include the 3 IDs of your February posts that you would have submitted and ask them to give you credit for February.

Then change your routine to request your March bonus today (I usually do mine on the 2nd to last day of the month.)  That way you will get at least one bonus at the end of April and maybe 2.

Yeah, I'll bet because Feb. has less than 30 days that mucked up the whole thing!  Hopefully it's not an April fools thing...lol.  I'm sure support will help you in this matter.  Good luck and let us know - this might be useful to know for next year, esp. since it won't be a leap year!~Just looking ahead here.

no clue, never noticed but filling out a support ticket is your best option.  i usually try to get the first 30 posts done in the first couple of days. (honest answers to posts, not just throwing a word in here or there)...that way the rest of the month i can pick and choose what i want to comment on.  good luck getting it straightened out!

Yeah, it definitely sounds like things never got changed back because of the 29 days in February. I notice that with the forum bonus too, since we got that on the 29th instead of the 31st.

This forum is so cool!  All these nice replies to my dilemma.  It never entered my mind that the fewer days in February might make a difference.  I did put in a support ticket and will keep you all informed.  Thanks for the support!

Sorry for the trouble you encountered.  I've just credited you the $3 Forum Posting Bonus that you weren't able to request.

This bug should be fixed now.  It happens because of a particular kind of date calculation: 'March 31st minus one month' is first (naively) calculated as "February 31st"; that's obviously not a real day, so it gets corrected on the fly to "February 29th plus two days" or: "March 2nd".  So the forum bonus request form is trying to populate "March" and "March minus one month", but ended up showing just two 'Marches'.

Ahhh, admin to the rescue.  That's one of the reasons I like this site. 

I've not encountered this problem, but I always submit my claim as soon as I pass the 30 posts for a month.  Why wait?  I also figure it gives FC a few extra days to process my claim before the end of the following month.  Then I get my credit at the end of the following month.

I've seldom seen that kind of support elsewhere. I wish everyone out there looking for a place to make money online could find their way to FC!  They don't know what they are missing.

This was likely happening at the end of March, May 31st, July 31st, October 31st, and December 31st (those are all the cases where the prior month has fewer days than the current month).  But I'm a little surprised nobody bumped up against this bug sooner, which makes me think there may be some other complicating factor I haven't considered which was causing this to happen ONLY in March and not those other days I listed above.

Wow, I had been wondering what would happen when the short month (Feb) rolled around, but I had been thinking along the lines of: Maybe we only have to submit 28 posts? 
lol, probably just wishful thinking.
