@jmieritz.....

At the top of the forum, click on "Are you getting paid to post yet?" and that will take you to a page with the rules/instructions for posting and requesting the bonus. In the middle of that page, you will click on "forum bonus request form" (in green), and that's where you will request your bonus each month.

Also, right above the forum menu is a link for a forum tutorial video that I would recommend you watch. It's very helpful in clarifying everything.
