The New Saturday Promotion

Is any one else not allowed to fill out the "survey" link to fill in your answer to participate in the promotion? I click the link to answer the question "What is your favorite song lyric" and it takes me to a page that says I'm not allowed to access the page.

Yes, that's what happened when I tried it as well.  That page asks for a username & password, (neither of which are the ones used for FC log on).
