surprise Menopause symptoms

I have had a few surprise menopause symptoms.
 I have been dealing with them. I feel like I am drying up.
I have good moisturizers, free of chemicals.
It is a real education.

I'm 38 years old & have heat spells (when I just break out in sweats for no reason). Do you have this symtom? Some older co-workers of mine told me that I may be experiencing the change, but I wish to learn more, & get a second opinion...

iv'e gone through menapause it was really a breeze a had some hot flashes but they lasted about 10seconds so about twice a week 10seconds each time.had some nights sweats but was able to go back to sleep.the only thing annoying was strange thoughts weird out of the ordinary,but those are gone also now as far as sex goes it's like why bother cause i won't feel hardly anything so yes that is a problem but breezed right through,was especting many more problems
