I have seen some people be accused of things they didn't do, but in that instance they had done alot of other
things that they got away with. I am notsaying this is your case though!

I am glad they have tapes for evidence in this case. This never should have happened. My condolences to this family.

On the other hand, I despise the race baiters, hate mongers, and enemies of the second amendment of every race and color who have latched onto this to promote their own vile agendas.   No matter the color or race of this child...it is an awful tragedy.

I saw a show on E investigates a white man(yes a white man) was falsely excused of killing a spanish woman in a spanish country and he got sent to prison. Yes racism happens to people of all races!!!!

It certainly does happen to to those of any race/skintone.  I once had a 'native american' woman vehemently insist that _only_ "white" people could be racist, (she happened to be one of the most overtly anti-white, hate-spewing racists I'd ever encountered). It was only after being bombarded by her venomous racism that I mentioned that the ancestors of the remaining 'tribes' in the U.S. and Canada migrated here from elsewhere and were no more 'native american' than anyone else born here.  Addotionally, that those ancestral tribes commonly treated other tribes much worse than any latter 'white' colonists, (the slavery they practiced was later banned by treaties with the U.S., raids to kidnap the women and children were prohibited, etc. - all practices which were 'traditionally' in place well before anyone from Europe arrived).  The bottomline is that no racism is justified, especially given inherent hypocrisy.

For the very first time since I have been on Fusion I have seen two topics listed on one day that didn't get a story to go along with the Subject line. The other one today has a subject line of Freee. And yes there was an extra e on the word "free". Neither this post or the "free" post makes any statements about what their post is about. Perhaps this happens more often and I just don't notice it, but today I looked at both and found that neither had any discussion information.

Sorry it took me a while to respond back to your question of what happened i am a mom of two soo kind of busy alot lol. Anyway what happened is a good friend of mine went to a party and this girl kept wanting to get with him well one of his friends told him the girl was underage and to just tell her he wasnt interested in her. So he is a very good person and he tried to tell her easy as possible look sweety you are a very pretty girl but you are too young for me you should find someone your age. She got mad because he wouldnt get with her and she made up this huge story about them getting together and wrote a letter to her older cousin about it. Because of a pissed off teenager he was arrested and spent ten years locked up for getting with a minor even though she recanted her statement and told the law she lied. The state still decided to pick up the charges and he lost ten years of his life. It makes me angry because this sort of thing happens sll the time these young girls go around to parties and lie about their age and do things that they have no idea what damage they are causing with their actions. They are not punished in any way they go on with their lives like nothing ever happened and they have ruined someone elses life just because they are some angry girl who does not think before they act. It is very sad, because i believe if someone really does hurt a child they should be punished to the fullest extent and more. But when you are wrongly accussed and convicted of something u never did and from then on you can never truely have a life again how fair is that.

In my view, fair would entail the one making a false accusation having to serve the exact same prison sentence as the one they accused did.  Short of that justice, the innocent party has the option of suing the state/police department which imprisoned them and possibly civil litigation against the girl/her family for criminal negligence and defamation of character.
