Have you ever given blood?

I tried to give blood a couple of times, but I have small rolling veins.  They sent me home.  If I have to give some blood for medical testing, they have a very hard time finding a vein that doesn't collapse.  I usually warn them ahead of time so they can be prepared.

I donated once but passed out during the process. After the experience I don't think I will do it again unless it is important for a family member or friend.

I would like to, but I fear needles so I can't.  The sad part is, I'm O-.  I'd be a perfect donor.

I couldn't even if I wanted to. Half of the time when they draw blood for tests (which thankfully isn't that often) I end up pretty much fainting.

I used too give blood all the time at least once or twice a year for almost 20 years. But now i can't. It was a way of paying back for all the blood donated too me when i was trying to carry a child too term. I am 0 postive. Just look the other way when they are going to stick the needle in, it dosen't hurt much.

No.  I was hospitalized as a child, it ruined me.... I can't stand needles.

Yes, as a volunteer I have donated blood for at least 3 times to the American Red Cross during the last decade.

I have never given blood. I believe this can be the year that I can do this wonderful gesture that can save a life.
