You can attempt the daily surveys from all 9 sponsors as often as you wish. If you complete a survey successfully, reach the 'congrats' screen and get credited on your account page, you cannot attempt any surveys from that particular sponsor for 24 hrs. If you try, a page will come up letting you know exactly how long you have to wait before you can try again.

The sponsors do vary the surveys at random times, so I usually clear my history and cookies and start a new session later in the day if I haven't qualified for any daily surveys in my first session. By being persistent like that, I often end up qualifying for at least one survey by the end of the day. I believe most members get frustrated and give up on these too quickly. The daily surveys have made it possible for me to cash out for 12 consecutive months so far.

Of course, some days you'll have no luck at all but on other days you may get approval credit for more than one. That has been my experience, at least. One important trick I learned is to leave the 'congrats' screen open or shrink it and keep checking your account page until the survey actually credits for you. That gives the automated crediting system a chance to work.
