Logging in from a different IP address
« on: February 24, 2012, 07:37:24 pm »
I just realized that the shared IP address rule not only applies to account creation, but just generalized account access as well. I'm at my college more than I'm at home currently, so I have been logging in from school, not thinking about this until I saw the rule mentioned on another post in the forums. Could someone clarify this for me so that I can stop logging in at school if I need to? Thanks!

Read through the replies on the above link.  Believe they address your question directly.

Basically, don't use a public computer to access your FC account.  You can't know whether there is/was or ever will be another FC member accessing their account.  If there is/was or will be, both of you could loose your accounts.
