Offers Not loading. HELP ASASP!

Was on here yesterday and everything was fine.

today many of the daily surveys wont load.... ive tried on several computers and different browsers.  I was really hoping to get through a bunch today as I have spare time. Also yes my cookies are on. HELP!!

I have heard that it is a outage on the surveys and offers side not FC. Other PTC sites are having the same troubles.

I am wondering if it is just a matter of the weather and so many people being online currently. One of my social media websites has been slow all week as well. There may also be a slight bug or virus that has gotten through to some of our systems, I did my anti virus and my pc speed  improvement applications and that helped with the social media site, but not so much here, but so far today I am moving through things at a fairly reasonable rate. I forgot to add also that towards the end of the month activity increases here as people are trying to make their payout amount. Often the surveys, and videos are eaten up in terms of how many are available due to this so it seems and the extra traffic does tend to slow things down a bit. It will get very busy over this weekend especially since this month has less days than other months.

It seems like something is wrong other than there being too many people on it. I have never seen them all down like this. The offer that says FC Surveys $1 to $3+ is working though. I just completed two surveys on there.

Next Day... yea the survey sites still seem to be down.... Anyone know anything about when they should be up agian?

UGH!!!! seriously! this is really pissing me off!!! IT sucks cuz I just started this site a few days ago... does this happen often?

  its been like this for 2 days. its hard to earn with out the survey sites. has this ever happened on this site before. any help or suggestions would help. thanks to any replies. have a great day

Digital River, (which hosts DirectTrack, the tracker for the surveys on FC), hasn't updated the status of when they'll return to normal operations since 2-24-12 at 8:15 PM EST.  That update advised that "While all teams and resources are working to correct this problem as quickly as possible, we do not anticipate an immediate resolution."

I have this issue also and the problem usually fixes itself...I have tried to let them know but it usually works after a few days!! Good luck!!
