Watch the training video that would be the best way to learn. But all you have to do is click on paid to post and it will tell you the rest.

If you click on the link that Lucky gave you, you will get to the page were you enter the ID# for 3 of your 30 or more posts for a given calendar month.

You can also get to that page by clicking on the "paid to post" link at the top of any forum page.  That takes you to the page that describes the $3.00 monthly posting bonus. 
And in the middle of that page is a green link that takes you to the page Lucky provided with her link.

On the right side of that page is a count of the number of posts you've made this month.  Right below that is a link that will show you all of the posts you made this month and in prior months. 

If you have more than 30 posts in February (don't count any post made to the Contest and Promotion section), select the 3 posts you like the best, write down the ID # for the posts you select and then go back to the previous page and enter them in box provided.

Make sure the posts are all for the same month (February).

You can make a submission for your January posting if you have 30 or more posts in January and you haven't submitted a Posting bonus form for January.  Make sure you select 3 JANUARY posts; write down the ID's; put them in the box and summit.  (You can only make a submission  for the current month and one previous month.)
