What kind a computer do you have

I just got a new laptop today. It is a dell latitude and has windows 7 which is quite different from XP. I hate changing OS's. I am one of those neanderthals that does not like change in my gadgets

I have 1 emachine that is at least 10 years old and is hooked up to the cable....son has an Apple laptop, because all college must have an Apple. I am working on an HP laptop, that according to my son is sooooooooo slow. But then so am I, so it all fits together.

I have a built-up desktop. I know it's ancient, but it's fast. I would like to have a laptop, though, as I can then check my stuff anywhere I go........!

I have an HP Pavillion Laptop that's eight months old and not a days trouble.  It replaced a Sony Viaos (DO NOT BUY) that broke three months after I bought it and every two months after than I had to take it in to get fixed.  My brother has a toshiba (DO NOT BUY) which six months later he had to bring it in to get fixed and every two weeks after that.  Geek squad guy at best buy knew the repair number to toshiba by heart.  Emachines are cheap and cheaply made.  My father has one and from the moment he pluged it in it gave trouble.  It's going on six years and EVERY YEAR from the time he bought it, its been in the repair shop.

One of the 17" HP Pavilion models for over a year, but in a few weeks I'm getting an HP g7t.  Love HP's laptops.

I have a couple of compaqs. They are both over 5years old. I also have and old Sony in my closet. I'm hoping to get a laptop one of these days.
