Its more of a personal answer I think, I myself dont have any kids but I dont plan on having any until Im financially stable and of course a time that me and my partner are ok with.

At the earliest, it probably begins around ages 28 or 29. As for when certain couples have kids or if they should have kids, there are many things they should look at first. For example, if they are making enough money, or if they are willing to give up their current life, etc.

Beyond any 'legally-adult' age, there isn't an "appropriate" one since this will vary within a range of other factors.

People should have children when ever they want them, just as long as they are healthy, loving people and can support a family financially!

I think the appropriate age to have children is when you get marry and after you have been marriage for a couple of years.  The reason I say that is you need to made sure you can live with this man and he is the man you thought he was (is).  So the appropriate age is whenever this happens.

I agree with parts of all these answers so far! Apparently 33 is the best age for women, but of course, other factors are important, including marriage, financial stability, emotional/physical preparedness

I can't really say what I think is an appropriate age to have children is because I think it can be different for everyone.  I started having
my children at 26.  We had been married for 5 years, we had a home, money in the bank and we felt ready to have children.

I'm 38 and probably won't become a parent until I'm 40-42. I don't think age has much to do with having children, unless of course the people considering are under 18. What is really important is if the potential parents feel they are ready for such a commitment.

Whenever you and your partner are ready, then it's the right age. No right answer here, but the wrong answer is to say that the show "16 and pregnant" is good...that show sucks...and I haven't read all responses, so if anyone has mentioned that show and likes it, I apologize in advance haha

The best age to become a parent is when you decide to do so. Having them when you're in your 20's has its benefits, but so does having children in your 40's. Every situation is unique; there's no "best" age.

I think the "appropriate" age to have children is when you're absolutely sure you want them, not just out of some societal obligation or pressure because "that's what most everyone does is have kids".  You should have a lot of experience with other people's children before you ever consider having any of your own.  And I'm not talking only the cutesy moments when they are well-behaved.  You should have a good number of moments when you've had to deal with poop explosions and vomit; screaming, hitting, and difficult children and babies, because THAT'S  a taste of what it's going to be like when you have your own.

When you've grown to the point that you understand that being an adult means to be responsible,
Have matured not in body only but in experience/responsibility, and realize that having a child means putting someone else first,
it's a decision you can't go back on... If you're at that point and have a plan all the best.

I personally think after age 25 when you are ready to settle down and NOT go out with buddies instead of staying home with the kids... why have them if you are not going to raise them?
