Sharp cheddar is a close second for me to a good Swiss cheese, particularly the brand Finlandia.

I like a lot of cheeses but I think my favorite is extra sharp cheddar. I like asiago too but I like the sharp cheddar the best. I use it in a lot of the foods I love to eat and the taste never disappoints.

I am a lover of all cheeses, but my favorite I would say would have to be Cheddar and Im not pickey on if its Sharp, Medium, or Mild.  The one thing I am pickey about when it comes to cheeses, the name brand.  I have bought some generic cheeses before and have not liked them at all.

I have been spoiled with good aged cheeses like parmigiano reggiano and cheddar or gouda. I love that salty crumbly bite of the agedcheese. And on the softer side fresh mozzerrella definitely and I have been eating brie occasionally too. Cheese can be so different so it all depends on what you're in the mood for.

Can you really go wrong with cheese.  It depends on what I am eating the cheese with.  In general though I will take american cheese.

I really enjoy mozzarella soy cheese. It tastes close to milk mozzarella cheese, however, I think the soy has a better flavor than milk made.

i love extra sharp cheddar cheese with apples of crackers... and some times when i feeling weird i eat it dipped in BBQ sauce!!
