You post 30 contributory posts in a calendar month. I usually make sure I have at least 40 just in case a bunch of mine are not contributory. Then, click on the link on top of this page that says paid to post http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=3464.0. Click on Forum Bonus Request Form  http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php and type in three of your message ID's and his submit. Then, if they say you had 30 qualifying posts, you will get $3 at the end of the following month. If you would like to get the bonus for January, you need to make sure you have your 30 qualifying posts by tomorrow. It's worth it. Good Luck!!
