Mmmmmm!! this is a GREAT idea!!!  I have a very easy, filling, yummy recipe to share!!!

Bake 2-4 Butterfly Pork Chops at 350 until almost completely done.
Take out and pour 2 small cans of Hormel Chili With Beans over the chops. (within last 10-15mins of cooking)
Then take out once more and sprinkle shredded cheese of your choice over the top and return to oven just to melt. (I use the Colby/Monterey Jack mix or just Sharp Cheddar)

This sounded horrible to me until I tried it, and now I fix it once a week!!! My husband LOVES it!!! And, if you make enough for leftovers, it usually tastes even better the next day!!! Try it!! It's YUMMY!!!
